Do I need to keep any of the packaging or boxes?Updated a year ago

If you've purchased a mattress or other large item like furniture, there's no need to hold onto the box! Our products are compressed and packed using large industrial machines, so they won't fit back into their original packaging. But don't throw the box away just yet - it can be repurposed into a fun rocket ship, side table, standing desk, or playhouse!

For soft goods like pillows and bedding, you have 30 days from delivery to return them for a full refund, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging and condition.

For all other products, any box will work for a return. But if you have the space, it might be easiest to hold onto the original packaging in case you need to send the item back.
